In collaboration with EY, Impact 17+1 club is pleased to welcome impactors from across the world for the upcoming iTalk VI which will take place 11th June on zoom webinar.

Keynote Topic: “How impact entrepreneurship can help drive sustainable and inclusive growth” 

Keynote Speaker: Jessie Coates, Global Impact Entrepreneurship Leader, EY.

Jessie will share insights into the mindsets of world-changing impact entrepreneurs, as well as examples of how EY is driving impact through EY Ripples, a program to positively impact one billion lives by 2030. 

Following the keynote address, 10 speakers are invited to share 60s each with us on their impact visions, stories and actions towards a unified purpose in line with the United Nation SDG Goals during the 'iTalk 60seconds’ session: “What does impact mean to you?”

SPEAKER PROFILES

Keynote Speaker Profile:  Jessie Coates, Global Impact Entrepreneurship Leader, EY.

 

Jessie is the EY Global Impact Entrepreneurship Leader, working with small and growing businesses globally to help scale new technologies and business models that purposefully drive progress towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Jessie is also a Chartered Accountant by trade, she began her career in corporate finance before working with clients spanning the social, private and public sectors within the EY UK&I Advisory services. Since 2017, Jessie has focused on supporting impact entrepreneurs in overcoming barriers to growth, primarily in emerging market contexts. She also serves on the board of several local and international impact enterprises and non-profits.

Jessie holds a BA and MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, graduating with a First Class Honors, and is an alumnus of the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Program.

Bo had an over-20-year successful business career in Global Business Development, Innovation, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, M&A, etc. He served as the senior executive at the headquarters of many Fortune 500 companies such as Monsanto, Cargill, Pfizer, Wrigley and Mars. After a long corporate life, Bo became a serial entrepreneur and investor, he is also an inspiring TEDx speaker, a China expert and an advocate of EU-China trade. Combining his extensive business experiences and in-depth knowledge, Bo serves as a mentor & advisor to startups and scaleups at incubators, accelerators and co-working spaces around the world. Meanwhile, he is a well sought inspiring speaker at renowned international conferences, forums, TV media and annual corporate meetings.
